Our rates vary by season(much like the Disney resorts), and are quoted in US Dollars.

• Months marked with * have holiday dates within them
• Cleaning Fee of $75 added to stays of less than 7 nights.
• Optional pool heat of $15/day during Nov-March
• Deposit of 25% required at time of booking.
• Full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• Cancellation: more than 8 weeks prior: 100% refund, less $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation: 4 to 8 weeks prior: 50% of total rental amount forfeitted,
• Cancellation: Less than 4 weeks prior: Full rental amount forfeitted.
• A security deposit of $500 is required prior to occupancy, promptly refunded if property undamaged
